STK Brings High-Energy Steakhouse Dining to Aventura

Miami-Dade has no shortage of steakhouses, but STK Aventura, the latest outpost from The ONE Group, isn’t aiming for your standard white-tablecloth, whisper-in-your-seat experience.
The brand’s 29th location worldwide, and its third in Florida, has officially opened inside Esplanade at Aventura, promising what the company calls "Vibe Dining"—a mix of premium steaks, craft cocktails, and a high-energy scene complete with a live DJ.
STK Aventura will mark its arrival with a private celebration on March 20. The restaurant spans nearly 10,000 square feet across two levels and includes a stylish main dining room, a large bar, an outdoor patio, and private dining options.
While STK built its name on high-quality steaks—think dry-aged cuts and wagyu options—the menu is just as focused on fresh seafood and signature dishes designed for every occasion. Weekend brunchers can indulge in everything from lobster Benedict to truffle scrambled eggs, while weekday power lunchers will find an upscale yet approachable menu. There’s also an expansive wine list and a cocktail program that leans into theatrics, including the kind of smoky, over-the-top presentations that Instagram loves.
STK Aventura operates daily, with dinner service stretching past midnight most nights and an extended happy hour catering to the late-night crowd. For those who prefer their filet mignon at home, the restaurant offers takeout and delivery during all operating hours.
