The Favorite Not-New York Restaurants of Taylor Swift

By Brady Jonas

As a self-proclaimed Swiftie who spends an embarrassing amount of time figuring out where Taylor Swift eats when she’s not in New York City, I’m here to share the secret spots where she’s been spotted dining outside of the Big Apple. If you’re looking to follow in her culinary footsteps, here’s where you should go.

1. The Pancake Pantry in Nashville

Let’s start in Nashville, the city that made Taylor Swift a household name. The Pancake Pantry is a Nashville institution, known for its ridiculously long lines and fluffy pancakes. Taylor’s been seen here fueling up with pancakes and coffee, probably getting ready to write her next platinum album. You might even be inspired to jot down some lyrics yourself while waiting for a table.

2. The Loveless Cafe in Nashville

Another Nashville classic, The Loveless Cafe is where Taylor gets her fix of Southern comfort food. This place has been serving up fried chicken and biscuits long before Taylor was even born, and it’s easy to see why she’d love it. She’s been known to grab a bite here when she’s in town, maybe reminiscing about her early days while digging into a plate of Southern goodness.

3. The Beverly Hills Hotel’s Polo Lounge in Los Angeles

When Taylor’s in LA, she’s been seen at the Polo Lounge, a favorite spot for the Hollywood elite. It’s got that old-school glamour that seems fitting for a pop star of her stature. Whether she’s meeting up with friends or just enjoying some alone time with a salad, Taylor’s been known to frequent this iconic spot. It’s where you go if you want to feel like a star—even if you’re just ordering the same thing Taylor did.

4. Frothy Monkey in Nashville

Back to Nashville—Taylor really does have a soft spot for her old stomping grounds. Frothy Monkey is a cozy cafe where she’s been spotted sipping coffee and, I imagine, scribbling lyrics on a napkin. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in for a long chat or some quiet time, which might explain why Taylor’s a fan. Plus, the pastries aren’t half bad either.

5. Cecconi's in West Hollywood

Over in LA, Cecconi’s is another one of Taylor’s favorites. Known for its Italian fare, it’s the kind of spot where you might bump into a celebrity—or five. Taylor’s been seen here with friends, enjoying a meal and, no doubt, discussing world domination or at least her next music video. If you’re lucky, you might just sit at the same table she did.
